Family Game Night
The 4th-6th grade fundraiser Game Night will take place on Friday, March 3rd, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the CLC gym. A silent auction, games, food, and prizes will be the entertainment for the all-ages evening. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult. There is no entrance fee.

Student Led Conferences
Student Led Conferences are approaching soon.  Please make plans to attend this valuable part of your student's educational experience at Compass.  March 16th will be an early release school day with evening conferences.  There will be no school on March 17th to allow for daytime conferences. See the attached flyer for more information.

Returning Student Registration
Registration for current students is during Student Led Conferences. Registration is required for all returning students, please see the attached instructions for more information.

Boys High School Basketball
CONGRATULATIONS to our High School Boys Basketball team for winning The State Academic Championship!! It is an awesome accomplishment for our boys and it just shows what a great school we have here.

Nutrition Tip
Have you ever looked at how many grams of sugar are in the prepackaged foods you eat? Every 4 grams of sugar listed in each serving is equal to one sugar cube.  So, when you are going for that bottle of Sprite, remember that it contains the equivalent of 11 sugar cubes in a 16 oz. bottle.

Fitness Tip
According to the Department of Health and Human Services, children and adults should engage in physical activities for 60 minutes each day. This is especially important for young children and adolescents--to ensure they continue to build strong bones and muscles. Try activities such as jumping rope, dancing to your child's favorite CDs, or a 30 minute walk after dinner.

Booster Club Meeting
There will be a Booster Club meeting on Tuesday, April 11 at 7:00pm at the Cherry Lane Campus. We will be discussing our fees and holding board elections for next year. We are looking for parents who are interested in serving on the Booster Board to support our amazing student athletes and coaches!
