Food Drive
There are drop-off bins at both Tech Lane and Cherry Lane campuses for a fall food drive sponsored by Meridian Optimist Club.  Send in your non-perishable foods to help your child's class win some delicious treats for being the class to bring in the most!  Food donations can be turned in through November 11th.

Parents of 6th-12th grade students see the attached brochure about the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal.

Fitness Tip
When starting a fitness program strive for progress not perfection. Small daily improvements are the key to staggering long term results!

Nutrition Tip
As the weather gets colder, naturally we are less thirsty and less concerned about hydrating.  A common misconception is that summer is the only time we need to worry about dehydration.  Due to a number of factors, cold weather brings a different set of challenges for staying hydrated than hot weather does.  Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water consistently, before you’re thirsty, throughout the day to stay healthy throughout the cold weather months.

Annual Apple Sale is going on now until Nov. 5.  Stop by the Cherry Lane Campus and get your Fuji apples Mon.-Fri. from 3:00-6:00 and Sat. 11:00-2:00.

There is a general Booster Club meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 6:15 at the Cherry Lane Campus.  All are invited who would like to attend.
