7th-12th grade Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held in the auditorium. Parents can meet with the teachers they choose. There is no need to sign up for these conferences, just come between 8:00-4:00 on Thursday, November 1 or Friday, November 2.
Anti-Drug Coalition Presentation for Parents
The Meridian Mayor's Anti-Drug Coalition has provided a police officer to present information regarding drug and alcohol use in pre-teens and teens.  The presentation will cover statistics and trends on drug and alcohol usage, information about specific drugs that are currently popular, signs and behaviors of usage, and tips for parents. This presentation is in preparation for Red Ribbon Week (October 22-26). Students will be discussing facts and information with their teachers about staying healthy, peer pressure, and awareness of drugs and alcohol. There will be trivia games during the week where students can earn prizes and we will be wearing as much red as possible on Friday (26th). This year we aren't going to have themes to dress up for.
